Thirty years ago in rural Northeast Louisiana my local 4-H placed a camera in my hands at the age of 9, when it became apparent that showing livestock was not the direction my life was taking. And as cliché as it feels to type these words... the rest was history.
I have been chasing light and shadows and stories ever since. For the last 20 years I've been one of the lucky ones that gets to call this obsession of mine "work" as a freelance photographer... or "visual storyteller" as I prefer to say. Because that is what I do. I tell stories. The stories of you, of yours, of the places you live in best, the people that make you laugh, the living that makes you thrive. And you know what?
It's the best job in the world.
What area are you located in?
I actually call two places home base, working between Northeast Louisiana + East Texas. But I am ALWAYS up for an adventure!
